When I was little, my Mom would always serve me toast and tea to help me feel better and it definitely did. All of us at some time or another have a hard time resting when we are sick. It may due to all the responsibilities we have in life, or just the fact that we don’t allow ourselves to get the rest we need because we just don’t give ourselves permission.
